目的
這個清單用於整理大家想要的 feature ，會先在週末 (?) 整理出來先寫 support mail 給他們團隊，並詢問相關事宜，接著會在接下來的 CTLUG / 台中 HexBase 聚會中來辦 hackathon 動手開發
可選自動新增聯絡人
新增聯絡人時，就算對方知道我的電話號碼，也只能送 request 給我而不會直接加入 contact。像是 skype 的新增好友或是 twitter 的 protected account.
Even if a guy knows my number, he can only send me a friend request rather than directly adding me to his contact list. Like Skype or twitter protected account.
隱藏手機號碼
群組中，可選我的號碼要不要被顯示
防止透過 spam 群組把自己的號碼洩漏出去
（是否做成全域設定，並可以針對群組設定）
In group chatting, I can set if my number is hidden or not, this can protect my number when I’m added to a spam group. (A global option and a customized option for particular groups.) (or a white list for "who can see my number")
使用者貼圖包
自訂貼圖 & 從外部 server 下載套圖
customized picture packs, users can download more emoji pictures from other place. The description file/manifests are written in JSON format. (name / short_alias / uri) ?

自爆信息（群組）
群組也增加訊息銷毀功能，所有成員都看過後即啟動銷毀機制（同單人）或是 timeout 過了(不管有幾個人看過，過了就自爆)
adding self-destruct messages for group chats, the message will be destroyed after all members have read or a timeout.
群組訊息加密
adding Encrypted Group Chat so the chatting messages won’t be intercepted by hackers.

adding @people tagging mechanism so we can tag someone in group chats. People who is being tagged will see the tagged message in highlight state (maybe also with sound notification).

Dear Telegram development team,
We are CTLUG, Central Taiwan Linux User Group. We’ve tried telegram for several days, it’s a great app in many ways. In order to make it better, we have some feature suggestions for you guys. :)
Maybe we’ll have some hackathons soon and send patches for these features.
New contacts is optional
The current default behavior is adding all contacts from one’s cell phone. We want a option that If a guy knows my number, he can only send me a friend request rather than directly adding me to his contact list. Like Skype or twitter protected account. My account will be in his contact list after my agreement.
Hide my number
In group chatting, I can set if my number is hidden or not. This can protect my number when I’m added to a large group. (A global option and a customized option for particular groups.) (or a white list for "who can see my number"). The current behavior is if I answer one’s message from a group (in private), my number will be exposed to him. We need a pop-up box to hint that my number is going to be added in his contact.
Customized emoji/image pack
Like the popular message service LINE, users can buy customized image packs from online store. In Telegram we hope that users can download more emoji images from other places. The description file/manifests are written in JSON format (name / short_alias / uri). We can specify a URL of a JSON file to insert to message/download the image packs (to local storage). In addition, the current implementation of official app (Android) will upload all images even if they’re the same, maybe we can only upload the link to the image to save mobile network bandwidth.
Audio & video calls
Maybe VoIP / WebRTC or other solution? The current version supports only recording audio clips.
Appearance
Maybe we need a better splash screen. Configurable theme (theme settings, background / front-color / font-weight / icon-set). Plain text hints for read messages.
IRC commands
Old-fashioned irc command such as /me or /topic. Tagging people while chatting with @name or name: syntax, different notification.
